Manages the work performance of the security team with monitoring and managing the security team in its daily routine or tasks Operating and monitoring CCTV cameras Ensure security and safety of the building, including reporting of any equipment malfunction/ defect that could risk the safety of any parties. Responsible to monitor the maintenance of all security equipment at the best condition Monitor tenants' trading hours and supervise contractors' movement in the mall Supervise and monitor all outsourced security personnel to ensure that they adhere to the mall's security procedures and perform their assigned duties and responsibilities accordingly Respond to incidents, routine and emergency calls promptly; administer First Aid when necessary To coordinate and collaborate with security team members, internal departments and related parties to ensure efficiency when dealing with emergency cases. Responsible for the reporting and investigation of all incident reports received and provide thorough briefing/update to the Management.
Liaise with relevant authorities and vendors to ensure compliance of the applicable laws, including OSHA/EIA Act, DOSH, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Jabatan Bomba, Syabas and other regulatory governing bodies. Monitoring total facility maintenance of the building including civil and electricity. Create contingency plan for major fault and temporary usage for electrical and Compressed Air System. Conduct periodic inspection and maintenance of Air System, Air Conditioning System and Fire Fighting System and lifts. Maintaining licenses logs and renewal as per ST and Bomba guideline. To perform operational and preventive maintenance tasks. Execute or perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Chargeman HT from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commisssion) for at least 11kV installation. At least 5 years of hands-on working experience in trouble shooting and maintenance of plant electrical installation. Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
